Apple OSX Certified Support Professional (ACSP)

The ACSP certification is focused on the OS X operating system for Apple Macs. As an Apple certified support professional, you will learn about the features and functionality of OS X Mountain Lion through an in-depth exploration of the operating system. This certification is a good fit for help desk technicians and service technicians who work in an environment that supports Mac users.

In order to be certified, you will be required to pass the following exam:
